Beating Emotional Eating
After getting married, Jessica was saddened by how she looked in her wedding pictures.
While it has been challenging at times, Jessica continues to make progress and overcame her biggest hurdle, emotional eating. “I slowly learned not to shove my face with brownies or cake or loaves of bread whenever something bad happened. I dealt with the hard times by going for a run or a swim instead. This was huge for me. Healthy eating is a lifestyle for me now, not just something I do on the good days.”
Jessica started at 240 and is now at the half-way point to her goal of 150 pounds.
