Body Fat Drop from 35% to 15%
Jason was 288 pounds at his heaviest when a divorce and the death of his father inspired him to abandon his sedintary and unhealthy lifestyle.
His plan: 6 daily nutricious meals and lots of gym time.
So far, we have lost 70 pounds but is more focused on body fat. Jason’s body fat started above 35% and is now down to 15%. His goal is 9%.
