Dumped and Renewed
I started my transformation right after I got dumped and lost 15 pounds because I was not emotionally ready for it. That loss made me feel a little better, so I started to workout a little bit. That is when I realized that I was emotional eater but also ate out of comfort and boredom.
This realization led to control and hit the gym. After losing my first 60 pounds, I started the Insanity workout, which has been awesome.
