Four Step Weight Loss Strategy
This computer programmer knew that he was out of shape and had the body to prove it at 5′ 7″ and 225 pounds. He put a Four Step Weight Loss strategy into action and lost 65 pounds. His strategy is:
1) Stop eating all nutrition-less and heavily processed food. This includes cake, pizza, candy, etc.
2) Move Every Day. It started with short walks and built up his program as the weight came off. He now works out at a gym, walks, bikes and see a personal trainer.
3) Drop sugar-filled products. Anything with more than eight grams of sugar are not eaten, with an exception only for fruit.
4) Keep a log of everything eaten.
