Halfway to Her Weight Loss Goal
Since I am having some major success with this program, I wanted to share it with others. I just wanted to emphasize that I am not “on a diet”, eating diet food, taking any pills, or starving myself. I have a calorie budget that I try to stick to in order to lose my goal of 2 pounds per week. I eat whatever I want and monitor the portions and frequency that I eat higher calorie foods. The changes I’m making to my diet are permanent changes and for that reason I only eat things that I enjoy. I’ve never been so satisfied while losing weight and I’ve never been so successful with the amount of weight lost.
