Heavy Lifting - Six Months Progress - After

I with P90x but decided pretty quickly to get into heavy lifting. I decided to join a gym and started Strength Training.  Weight lifting has been so much fun, I reccomend it to all the ladies out there.  It really gave me a big boost of self confidence and I really look forward to working out (for the first time).
