How I Lost 40 Pounds

Here is how I lost 40 pounds.

Diet
– Counted calories with a daily target or 1,700-1,900
– Eliminated beer, soda, and juice
– Started drinking more water, diet soda, black coffee, and diet cocktails (occasionally)
– Ate more veggies and fruit

Exercise
– Got a gym membership and worked out 3 or 4 days a week
– Workouts include 20 minutes of cardio and weight lifting
– Began participating in doing pickup and league sports

Height: 6’0″

Starting Weight: 225 pounds

Current Weight: 192 pounds
