After Losing Weight to Skydive

Initially, my fitness goal had nothing to do with getting healthy or losing weight.  My goal was simple:  I wanted to go skydiving with a friend and I was too heavy.

Once the pounds starting coming off, I started to feel fantastic and kept going.  I went from 320 pounds and eating complete junk to 190 pounds.  My health improved, my social life improved and I am happier.

Here is what I ate to reach my goal:

Breakfast: egg whites with some green vegatables

Lunch and Dinner: Fish, Chicken, or Turkey and Vegetables.

NO sodas, chips, candy, fast food, seconds, processed food, red meat, juice.
