Major Weight Loss with Jenny Craig

At just under 500 pounds, I started Jenny Craig and light exercise two years ago.  I have now worked my way up to going to the gym to workout five days a week and working with a personal trainer.

I now weight just over 250 and every day is better than the day before.  I am 6’4″ and thinking about what my goal weight should be.  I am thinking it may be 190, but I will have to see how I feel.
