No More Chubby Kid

I grew up a chubby kid.  I decided to take action during my junior year in college.

I started with swimming, time on the stationary bike and watching my food intake.  With this plan, I lost about two pounds a week and have been able to maintain my weight loss since then.

I have a new goal to drop my body fat from 20% to 15%.

Height: 5’7″
Starting Age: 19
Starting Weight: 215 pounds
Current Age: 26
Current Weight: 178 pounds
