After No More Junk Food to Lose Weight


Starting Weighty:  110 kg’s

Current Weight:  77kg’s

Time:  7 months

Method:  eliminating  junk food, walking whenever possible.

After countless attempts, I was finally able to lose my habit binge eating junk food.  I began walking everywhere, which eventually added up to 20 km’s a day. I also count calories.
