Over 125 Pounds Lost in 21 Months
The journey began at just over 300 pounds and 21 months later, he is 170 pounds.
The first hundred pounds came off in the first 12 months and since then it has been a combination of fat loss and the addition of lean muscle.
His routine is simple:
- 6:00 am – Gym for a combination of lifting and cardio
- 8:00 am – 40g of whey protein
- 10:00 am – Fruit for snack
- 12:00 pm – Sandwich or wrap with lots of veggies
- 2:00 pm – Fruit snack
- 5:00 pm – High protein, moderate carb, low fat dinner
- 8:00 pm – 25g of casein
