Slow and Steady Weight Loss
I reduced both calories and carbs and added running to my lifestyle. I try and run 10k every other day, but I try not to get crazy about it. I try to make healthier choices and eat smaller portions, otherwise, my meals haven’t changed that much.
I’d tried to stop drinking soda, but it didn’t work and I still drink diet. I know it is not great for you, but it worked for me!
