After feeling depressed about herself, this butterfly decided to do something about it.

Weight Loss Strategy: Calorie counting and working out.

The Result:  Lost 80 pounds and feeling great

Program:

– 1500 calories a day. Healthy and balanced diet.  Occasional treats and no processed food.

– Weight training with a personal trainer.

– Swimming 1/2 a mile 4 times a week

– Two other workout sessions a week that could include weights or cardio.

New Goal: Get toned.
