Before Weight Loss Progression

I lost 95 lbs (from 275 to 180) and it has changed my life in countless ways. I did it by cutting out foods which don’t do anything for me like chips and chocolate bars as well as anything pre-made in cans and frozen.

If I can say anything to those just starting their journey it’s to never let things get you down, it will come off and stick with it
