Catherine (30) suffered from both food addiction and overeating which led her to a weight of 168 pounds.

She decided to tackle her weight in two ways, starting CrossFit and the Zone Diet. She learned aboutthe difference between fat, carbohydrates, and protein and how they impact they body.

In total she lost 36 pounds and found a new way to live healthy.
